Dokira has three plans: Starter RM129 a month (300 documents), Professional RM349 (1,500 documents) and Firm RM899 (5,000 documents). Extra documents cost RM0.25 each, up to a cap. Prices exclude SST.

Professional, 1,650 documents in one period: 150 documents × RM0.25 = RM37.50 on top of the plan price. The default Professional cap is RM100 per period. Admins can set RM0 for no overage; documents over the quota then wait for the next period.
Extra documents are charged RM0.25 each, up to the overage cap for each billing period. Defaults: Starter RM50, Professional RM100, Firm RM300. Admins can change the cap between RM0 and RM2,000. RM0 means no overage charges.
Each page of a bank statement counts as one document. A four-page statement uses four documents.
Card and FPX through Stripe. FPX does not support recurring charges, so FPX customers receive an invoice for each period.
Upgrades take effect at once with prorated charges; downgrades, and a change from yearly to monthly, take effect at the end of the billing period with no charge. Admins can change plans themselves on the subscription page. No refunds except for billing errors.
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude SST. If SST applies, it is added on top of the price and shown on the invoice.
You get the features and limits of the Professional plan during the trial. No card required. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts that day and the remaining trial days lapse.
