e-Invoice: what Dokira does, and what it does not
Dokira is a buyer-side tool. It reads the invoices you receive from suppliers. It does not issue or submit e-Invoices to LHDN.

What Dokira does
- Detects the MyInvois QR code and UUID on supplier invoices.
- Keeps the e-Invoice UUID with the approved document.
- Checks totals, TIN and duplicates on every document, e-Invoice or ordinary invoice.
- Checks the e-Invoice status with the MyInvois portal, when your organisation turns it on with the client's MyInvois credentials.
What Dokira does not do
- It does not issue, sign or submit e-Invoices.
- It is not an intermediary service registered with LHDN.
- It does not advise on your business's e-Invoice obligations.

Why this matters for purchase documents
Our conclusion: with the RM3 million threshold and the relaxation period until 31/12/2027, firms will keep receiving a mix of e-Invoices and ordinary invoices from small suppliers. Both need checking and recording once. Dokira is built for that.
