Why Dokira is built
Many accounting firms and SMEs in Malaysia still type invoices, receipts and bank statements into their accounting systems one by one. Small mistakes, such as a mistyped TIN or an invoice entered twice, are often found only at month-end close or audit.
Dokira is built so that this time goes into reviewing instead of typing, with rules that follow how work is done in Malaysia: Bahasa Melayu and English, RM, DD/MM/YYYY dates, SST, TIN and SSM.
How we work
- Honest about what Dokira does

- Minimum data
- Original files are deleted after 30 days by default, and logs hold no document content.
