The Microsoft Store is blocked at your office

Dokira for Windows will be distributed through the Microsoft Store only, and the Store will handle updates. If office policy blocks the Store, ask your IT administrator to:

• Allow the Microsoft Store and app installation for the users who will use Dokira.
• Allow outbound HTTPS connections (port 443) to the Dokira server (api.dokira.my).
• Allow app installation from the Store on the PCs to be activated (each PC uses one seat according to the plan).

Connecting a phone without a password

In the Windows app, open the avatar menu and choose Connect phone. Open the Dokira app on the phone, choose "Scan QR code from the Windows app" and point the camera at the code. The code is valid for 2 minutes and can be used once.

Accounts are created by the organisation's admin on this website. If you forgot your password, request a reset link.
